  Death road with Freak out was awesome!! Great agency, friendly staff, nice bikes and equipment. Super fun guide, great buffet lunch and swimming pool time!

  I do not recommend this agency. 50 min late at pick up at the hotel. Bad quality bikes so the "guide" is forced to repair them and does not guide you at all. Waited four hours at the place we had whereas we were supposed to stay 1.30. When went to the agency to complain and ask for explanations, none was given. This agency just want the tourist money and does not care at all about anything else.

  I would recommend to avoid this agency. 1h late at pick up on the morning. Bad quality bikes which forced the guide to repair them all the time and to leave is by ourselves. 4h late at pick up at arrival point at night! So basically a lot of waiting from 8:00 to 21:30 for only 2 hours of biking... Oh, and my rear brakes were not working properly, which makes it a bit difficult when biking downhill...

  In itself the bike ride was fun, even though we had horrible weather. The two stars are for the French manager that will tell you whatever lie he deems necessary to make a sale. He told us that the higher prices are due to: - group size being small, never more than 10. We were 11 in the group even though one person failed to show up. - the bikes were less than 6months old an in great shape. None of the bikes had working gears, 4 bikes had a chain that kep slipping making pedaling impossible, 2 bikes had breaks that barely worked/were too soft. 2 bikes had breaks that were chafing. - protective gear was superior to that of other agencies and would be provided for the ride, including t-shirts. My gloves had holes, the zippers on vests and trousers were broken. The protective gear had worn out scratches and kept falling off. At least the helmets seemed to be in good shaped. The T-Shirts never materialized so that we had no "spare" to change into at the end. - we could get a specific discount if we arrived in a larger group. At 6 we apparently weren't enough to qualify for the discount. The guides were friendly and helpful, but they could not magically make the bad material work. So either go cheap with a different company and get a similar experience or pay more, choose a better company, and have a better experience.

  Avoid this company! Their bikes are very old and the breaks are not working well. The middle two tracks of their wheels are totally abrased and lost of fraction. The back break is not working well, even if you press the break as hard as you can, it requires a long distance to stop. Their guide just don't care about you and they go as fast as they can, they left you behind. Even if you fly off from the bike and crushed, the guide don't even notice it. The guide just fixed his own bike and didn't care about others, I have told him the break is not working well and he just pressed the bike twice when the bike was still lying on the ground and said everything is fine. Eventually, I fly off from the bike twice and I break my bone. Their person in charge don't even want to talk to me on phone. If you still want your life, choose another company.
