  Looks like one of the best option in town, but is not the best hotel, good enough to sleep a night.

  Rooms comfortable and heated. Daytime receptionist unhelpful (despite communicating in Spanish) when we requested help, and refused to make a phone call to clarify our meeting time with a tour guide - unless we were prepared to pay 5B per minute phone charge. The evening receptionist was a delight and could not do enough to help us, including making the phone call. Breakfast adequate. Problems with electricity that may, or may not, have been out of control of management - trip switches repeatedly turning power off and we had to reset them ourselves. Inconvenient when you need light at night, and the heaters also go off. This place is conveniently located and OK, but we've had much better experiences in cheaper hotels. I wouldn't say don't stay here, but book with eyes open.
