  DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Their only goal is to rip off tourists. They stole $300 from us! Total scam! We booked a trip to Uyuni salt flats. Due to protests, we were unable to leave Sucre. Our tour agent requested we return two days prior to our trip to arrange transport. On our return- the office was closed for the two days prior to our trip. When we returned again 3 days later- he said our tour had expired and was non refundable. It was not taken into account that Sucre was on total lock down due to protests, even the airport was closed, it was impossible to reach Uyuni. We pleaded with him for some flexibility, however he refused. I requested his boss’ contact details, he gave me false details and refused to tell me his name. SCAM ARTIST!

  Terrible company. Stay away . Took 1600 Bolivianos from me on Thursday. Tour rep told me to come back Saturday to book my bus and he never showed up . When he opened back up on Monday he told me my trip was out of date and non refundable.

  They sold us a horseback riding tour for 3 hours in the nature. In the end we paid 250 Bolivianos each for a 2 hour tour that mainly went through some really bad suburb of Sucre. Mist of the tour we were surrounded by street dogs and trash. Don't book here, you will regret it.
