::Nice hotel, however! Management allowing construction to go on during what is clearly sleeping hours is unacceptable! The front desk clerks allowing people to enter the hotel in the middle of the night yelling and screaming is unacceptable! The wifi went down for 7 hours and the clerks were also clueless how to fix, unacceptable! Beds could ne updated especially the pillows. This is a beautiful hotel to bad it is managed poorly. And now a da later at about the same time as yesterday, the Wifi goes out! And once again front desk clerks know nothing!

::Se vende como un hotel 4 estrellas pero el servicio es muy malo. Las camas de muy mala calidad, el desayuno (y la persona de servicio para el desayuno) extremadamente malos. Lo único rescatable son las personas del servicio de limpieza, que son muy amables y te ayudan a la hora que necesitas.
