::The room was comfortable with a nice mountain view. The staff were welcoming but some of the basics were absent and quite difficult to extract from them e.g. bottled water and tea/coffee. The customer service was lacking with staff coming across as disinterested. Especially disappointing considering the price of the room.

::Huge room and bathroom. Fantastic bed with assorted types of pillows. Only one fault, the room had A/C but no heating, it was a cold night for my taste.
