  Hotel bom, porém achei que a limpeza fica desejar. Poderiam limpar realmente o chão dos quartos, lavar os banheiros devidamente.

  Stayed twice. Overnight/morning desk clerk was very helpful even though I have no conversational Spanish skills (he was very patient and we managed to communicate). Daytime clerks were not so friendly. Had the same room for both stays. First time there was no toilet tissue but adequate hot water. Second time there were no towels and insufficient hot water (when you take a shower might be important... insufficient during peak hours?) Tiny old television mounted to the wall but I did not need/use it.
