  The worst hotel ever! Do not stay here, service is horrible, the manager “Maria” was rude, un willing to give us information and she said our breakfast is not included? Really? Because the gentlemen at the front desk, they said it was included, they ripped us off and charged us a lot of money. Rooms are filthy and beds have stain on them, the bathroom didn’t have toilet cover ? Beds and pillows uncomfortable. DONT STAY HERE!!! Servicio fue el peor, no saben tratar alas personas, cobran bastante y niegan el desayuno cuando es temporada de carnaval para cobrar más de $500 dollars?!?!? Maria la gerente es una ratera, rroba dinero de la gente y se aprovechan. NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ!!!
