Wonderful hospitality! Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable bed and great hot showers. The rooms surround an indoor courtyard with cafes and tour agencies for extra convenience.

Hot showers, rooms were clean and tidy, cafes onsite. Best of all the hospitality was wonderful- the gentleman who checked us in was gracious and offered us all the help we needed even though we only stayed one night. Great experience.

It is a very nice building located in the middle of the historic area of the city of La Paz within few step from Basílica and Plaza de San Francisco. The place is clean and well maintained for the price I paid, which also include good quality breakfast; and the staff is nice and very helpful. Be aware of the bathrooms, because when I stayed there in 2014, we could not throw any kind of paper in the toilet including very thin toilet paper, otherwise the toilet will be clogged; they are signs in bathrooms as a reminder. They are very serious about it.

You get what you pay for and you can certainly stay other places in the area for half the price. This place, however, has good soap, hot showers, money exchange, tour bookings, and cafes right within its grounds. It has a good roof top terrace and it's quiet and warm at night. Hard to beat that in Bolivia! As a bonus, it is mere steps from 2 places everyone must visit when in La Paz- Restaurant 1700 (the best dining experience one could ever have) and the Witches Market (Old colonial streets and souvenir shopping at excellent prices).

This place was very cute and cozy. The showers were nice compared to other places in Bolivia that I've been. It didn't have widowmakers, which was quite impressive. There was a nice continental style breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. The room would have benefited from a window to let in some more light, but overall it was a good place! A big artisan market is located right outside, so it is great for all your souvenir shopping needs.
