  You should definitely avoid this company to do the Uyuni tour. The guide doesn't know anything and is pretty bad with the customers, even if you speak spanish He acts as someone who doesn't understand. They don't have any problem with lying to the tourists. Bad experience

  Well, I had fun, the flats are amazing and I ended up with a good crew of other tourists however, and this is a big however, that was by chance and not by design. First I asked explicitly which vehicle we would be traveling in, even went so far as touching the suv and asking the office staff if it would be that vehicle; ended up in totally different vehicle. I explicitly asked the nationality of the other tourists to ensure that, with my moderate spanish, I wouldn't get left behind in explanations and was told the guide spoke some English; ended up with a totally different group of travelers than was promised and with a guide who, although explained everything clearly in simple spanish so I could understand, spoke no English. In the end it was a great time but again, that was by chance and despite every assurance I received from the tour operator being broken. My impression is that bait and switch is pretty common amongst tour operators and Thiago seem to be no better or worse than any other. If you think you're going to pay a bargain price and get everything you're promised then think again.

  DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER EVER BOOK A TOUR WITH THIAGO TOURS I have never been scammed on such a unbelievably ridiculous level. We booked a two day Uyuni tour, lured in by the various promises they were making. Upon arrival and start of the tour we already noticed their blatant lack of organisation - the quick half an hour long stop at a cemetery turned into an hour long wait after the car in which we were taking the tour wasn’t there after our return - the tourguides had ‘ forgotten something ‘ (which I highly doubt). That little event wasn’t the only occasion where we had to wait - in two days we did more waiting than sightseeing. At the end of day one, we asked wether we could have our money back since suddenly the tour for the second day - climbing a volcano to see the salar de uyuni wasn’t possible anymore, but they wouldn’t let us stop the tour due to some very strange reasons that they already paid for fuel and food (we went for fuel in the beginning of the next day with our driver and the food was cooked rice...) after the first day and return the money for the second one ( instead of the volcano we sat in a small really unsafe van for 4 hours to see absolutely boring lagoons ) - those four hours were an absolute nightmare having spent the night before in a disgusting hostel with mouldy walls and a terrible smell lingering around ( the promised so-called ‘salt hotel’ was apparently suddenly booked out and had no room for us - another reason to wait a few hours to find some accommodation for the group... During those two days everything that could have gone wrong went wrong, the organisation did not care a single bit and never apologised for anything really - the only decent person was the van driver - the rest behaved increadibly rude. We left the two day tour starving and disappointed- enjoying the beauty that is salar de uyuni was difficult since the many organisation mishaps, the constant waiting and uncertainty were occupying our minds. One should see the salar de uyuni as it is a beautiful unique experience, but in order to truly enjoy the trip one should definetly find another agency, Thiago tours are impolite scammers who do not care about their customers and their experiences. I, and the whole rest of my group felt that we were lied to the whole time. Do yourself a huge favour and book with any other agency!

  “Fantastic Thiago Tours!!!!! ” Thiago tours did our vacation on the salt flat amazing... They show us many beautiful places, unique and the guide Jhosep was the best in Bolivia... The food was great and accommodations perfect and very clean. Me and my friends, we are glad whit they, we will never forget this trip, and of course the beautiful country Bolivia. Thanks again for everything Thiago tours... And I really recommend this tour company they promise us many things... And they accomplished with all. don't forget to visit the red lagoon and see the sky at night is great, and the green lagoon so charming.
