  Superfriendly staff and an excellent experience overall. Communication was very clear - at the end of every day you get a briefing for the next day so you know what to expect. There are groups of 4 per car (+ driver), so everyone gets to sit at a window and gaze at the amazing landscape while you're underway!

  Unprofessional. Our car broke down in the middle of the desert and the driver didn't want to call the emergency number. The car were on fire, and he still wanted to fix it. No security. Very dangerous. Never again.

  Very serious agency. We had the best food compared to other agencies we met on our way. Only 4 people per car when some agencies fill 6/7 people in the same 4X4. If you want a great tour choose this agency or Alejandro.

  We were 2 cars with 8 people in total, ended up being 6 in one car for the entire trip as in the second car 2 people got sick and needed to be hospitalized. As they do not speak any English we had to translate to the sick people all the time and even bring them to the hospital. The company definitely underdelivered.

  Excellent agency, excellent service and perfect tour. We did the 4-day tour to Uyuni with Raul as a guide and Reina as a cook and it was great. Extreme care about our well-being, photo stops, timing and planning, we had a wonderful experience. Great fresh food. We absolutely recommend this agency.
