  Very knowledgeable and friendly with lots of the miners, basically a nice guide trying to do good for the industry. Takes small tour groups. Made sure we were relatively safe inside the mine. However, quite rude to his customers occasionally, and couldn’t explain the details of the mine and miners lives and politics without talking heaps about himself. Could be a great tour sometimes but a bit unfortunate too.

  do not go here. never been treated to rudely in my life. i went on my first day in Potosí to find information about the mines and tours. the Man told me to not waste his time and come back with more people so he can make a buck (fair enough but why put it like that). they he said his tours end early because he doesnt like the dust from the TNT. i asked if the mines were still active (i went seeking information) he then told me to "go read a book" because apparently "thats your Job" he said.... um no. thats YOUR Job as a Tour guide and how dare you talk so rudely to an innocent information seeking potential customer. completely rude and disrespectful. and the café next door wasnt much chop either. a tiny piece of meat and single slice of tomato on a stale bun with chips that all fit on a saucer is not a meal. thank you
