::Okay for a night or two. Rooms clean and decent enough shower, but the lift wasn't working all the time we were there despite a sign saying it would be fixed within 24 hours which normally wouldn't be an issue but in La Paz at 4000m above sea level the extra 18 half flights of stairs to the 6th floor felt like murder! Also the WiFi was patchy at best and poor communication between the hotel staff meant they thought we hadn't paid when it came to checkout.
